Bartender @ Cherry Tiger Cocktail Bar

WRAPPER

Cherry Tiger Cocktail Bar, Elephant & Castle
Bartender
full time

Located in the heart of Elephant & Castle, Cherry Tiger is the most recent addition to the MK, TQH and STT family. Set in a bright, open, modern space, this bar is something completely different for us. Having focused on craft beer for the last 12 years, we’ve decided to mix things up a bit and open a cocktail bar. This may seem a bit leftfield for the company, but when you know that the company director spent over a decade working in some pretty amazing cocktail bars, it all makes a bit more sense.

Anyways, we are hoping to create a vibrant, relaxed and welcoming space, offering really good cocktails at a reasonable price.

Initially, Cherry Tiger will be open from Wednesday to Sunday (closing at 11pm) while we get ourselves set up, and then we’ll go from there. We are looking for a full time bartender to support the supervisor and GM in the opening and establishing of this exciting new bar.

What we’re offering:
• £11.05 an hour (plus service charge and tips)
• Staff discount across all of our venues
• Good progression
• Induction, training and support to help you further your career
• A flexible workplace where you can grow & gain experience
• A supportive, fun and professional place to work

What we would like from you:
• You’re positive, you care, you’re self-motivated and you want to be part of a team
• You have some experience working in cocktail bars and have a keen eye for detail
• You have an appetite for great cocktails and a thirst to expand your knowledge
• You’re passionate about good service and have a genuine desire to learn and create positive and memorable experiences for your customers
• You have drive to develop professionally and help the business grow
• You have the legal right to work in the UK and a good grasp of written and spoken English
